I have just started the process of making a anti spam site which I will need help updating, the site will be set up by tomorrow morning (deciding on layout and what I will be using).

Anti scam!

If you would like to add to the site then feel free to post here so I can setup a account for up (with a temp password so you dont have to worry about me asking for one lol).

All posters will get a perm link on the site to theirs and will be weekly banner changes so if you want to have your banner on the site all you need to do is post on it and then wait

Wow great idea. Good luck with your site. I dont mind adding some stuff ocassionally but then I would like to see the website up before that.


Hey let me ask you one thing??? Why do you use that free domain co.nr with it. Why not buy a cheap domain or may be atleast a .info. And arent there any ads which are put up on that co.nr??? I think there should be some ads put up.

Theres one ad only which needs to be shown, I will be buying a .co.uk at the end of the month (really strapped for cash atm) can easily copy the DB Im working on over to it, the site will be up soon tho

Ya youll need to make those changes like transfering the site and the db to the new ad on domain or new hosting if you buy a new one. If its ad on then things would be prety easy I think.

Hey Lamalord if you dont want to spend money at this time but the still want a .com or any TLD foe free then ther's a offer at Register.com

I dont know muc details about it but then you can always find out more. Came across this in a forum.

And onemore thing is you cant transfer the domain for first 60 or 90 days I think. Not sure though.

I looked into the free .com, basically looks like I sitll have to pay for the hosting which is a ungodly amount of money lol.

I will be working on it over the next few days depending on how busy work is

But the site is live - layout sorted and first lot of information on e-mail fraud put up, just need to do the other kinds now.

I will be looking for people to write updates to the site (just on a latest scam they have found) which will get them a link on the site and a sponsors banner once a month (or more depending on how many help)

Very true and editing the previous post is more boring.

May be we can have "Post Auto merge" incase if the admin is intrested. Its a feature of VB which actually merges two posts into one if you reply consecutively and then there is no limits may be two three four as many. It just merges repeated posts from the same user into one.

Hosting??? I dont think you need to buy hosting. Their domains itself are priced at about $25 or $35 each but then it isant a point in renewing it with them cos its hell a lot of money.

Any ways buy a domain if you want no strings attached.

Im going to buy the domain at the end of the month (every penny helps atm).

As for revanue sharing I dont see a problem with that just need to set it up
