Hey nice one. In fact this is the whole book that I saw selling at bookstores. Are you sure posting this is legal in any way? I mean the content of the book is everything there.

The file is very big, more than 12 mb but worth all time downloading I see this is the whole book and teach many things. Will help beginner like me to learn.
