Latest News: eBay sues Craigslist????

Yep!!!

eBAY has taken a step towards sueing Craiglist over some issue of shares that eBay had owned of Craiglist.

eBAY disclosed that Craiglist had breached their fiduciary duties in violation of Delaware corporate law over which they have taken this action.

Yes it is true. Criaglist has been sued by eBay for diluting thg latter's stake in Craiglist; eBay bought a 28 per cent stake in privately held Craiglist in 2004.

Craiglist has stated in her blog that the lawsuit is without merit.

Well I can't say I'm surprised e-bay as recently become the most appaullingly bad place to conduct on-line business, especially if you want to sell iteams on-line.

A friend once warned me that e-bay "look after the buyers, the sellers look after themselves".

I would fully support Craiglist in this legal action. I would also hope that other forum members would do the same!

As a buyer more often than the seller, I am on Paypal's side

The lawsuit is eBay suing Craglist not the other way; Craiglist will probably file a defense.
