Difficult work colleagues

Just how do you deal with difficult work colleagues? I find it extremely differicult to deal with some people especially when you work in a very small knit team and have to work together practically everyday

That is where all the socialization and management skills come in. In real life, we cannot choose our co-workers so we just have to make-do with what we have.

Well, sometimes it depends on us how we want to deal with these people. It's just that we have to use different approach. But remember, if you can't work with them, it will give a perception to your boss that you are not a team player.

Well I could turn round and say soemthing along the lines of "theres no I in team but there is in genious". No they are mostly two faced people where I work not that I plan this as a career its just paying for me to conveert my history degree ino a law degree. Still it would be nice to enjoy going into work!
