Default Dodgy ebay sellers

Now you all know about them, they have been talked about all over the net, and yes I had one.

I got mine with money I earnt from PPP and smorty, basically it was a 1gig mp4 player, not bad, only a few ££. But it quickly died which was a pain so I e-mailed the guy who sold it to me, he started calling me a liar which was a pain.

So took it up with Ebay and Paypal, months of arguing and a few threatened lawsuits against ME! he finally gave in and sent me a full refund saying "send it back to me and I'll never message you again".

But by that time the state of it was so bad (paintball shot to the screen) I couldnt send it back - still worked tho.

Long story short: If you buy dodgy gear off of ebay and it breaks then complain, you will get your money back but it takes ages

Yes it is too bad that there are some sellers who are not honest and when you contact them about a problem they try to blame you instead. Glad you were able to get your issues resolved even though it took so long.

Geee...Perhaps yours is the case of a disgruntled buyer. Usually what I heard is the problems faced by seller whereby they are most of the time at the disadvantage. But doesn't the product that you mention here has any warranty. Not only to the seller but to the manufacturer.

Yeah, usually from what I know is that ebay will give preferences to the buyer. Well in your case, it is expected that you should have won the dispute. It's rather rare to see cases going against the buyer.
