Remember some companies dont listen to complaints because they spent the money to release the product just so they would be on the market even if it looses them alot of money (look at the PS3)

Well, if they do that it will just create more problems. A drop of ink is enough the spoil the whole glass of milk and in fact you can have excellent product but if a single complaints blown into proportions, that will jeopardize everything.

This unforturnately only happens in industries with healthy competition. Just look at Microsoft, short of committing murder, consumers will tolerate Microsoft's shoddy products due to lack of choice.

Maybe and i know some of them. Even we email them, its really hard for us to get any reply. Sometimes i feel bored and not satisfied with their service. Thats why i leave some of them and change to others company.
