Hi. Your website is simple and the content is interesting. If I am the potential visitor, I can be interesting to read more and maybe buy some of the products. The design is too simple, try to make it more fresh and colorful, but not too much.
About the header, maybe you can consider to use a slim stomach picture, instead of the fat one. The background and the rest is pretty cool.

Your design, layout and content are OK but as to your question about credibility, I am afraid to say that I am skeptical about your weight loss claims.
