Come on dude. I know google has the every answer but google isant that wise to descide which one is better or simpler to understand and easy to learn.

Google only knows this is PR1 and that is PR2 This has so many links and that has so many links.

I wante something which is preety easy to learn for a newbie as well as effecient that it makes him understand most of the things.

That's one the best places to learn PHP, it's nice and simple, with the main downfall being that it doesn't cover more advanced stuff

I'd also look for the PHP for Dummies Book, published by that company that does all the dummies shiz :P
I don't know much more than that, I've always found that to be enough for me :P
Or, you could ask someone already experienced in PHP,which might make things better?

PHPFreaks seems to be a good resource to get started on. A few tutorials for beginners as well as some examples of coding for creating common code that you may use or need. Just Google search them and it should give you the help you need.
