articles and article submission

I have heard much about writing articles and about article submission. Any suggestions about the BEST place to submit articles? I believe that not only online but to newspapers, penny savers, news channels would also be a good idea. Anyone else feel this way?

Yeah, it's a good way. However, doing that will require extra costs and expenses + the address infos are not online. If you have a big business and earning potential to justify it, then why not. The more the better.

Yes it can be expensive and difficult to get your articles published in mediums that are not online. However. submitting articles to directories online is an excellent idea.

I was under the impression that Sunday Newspapers and town publications are often looking for stories to fill up their pages and when they have a blank spot to fill in they just may grab your story and publish it and then it doesn't cost anything.

I am not into paying people to publish my articles. I was wondering if anyone would like to post how they submitted articles and got them printed for free.

Actually, after you create article, you still can use that to submit your article at any article submission. You also can submit at magazine or newspaper. Anything can. What you need is do that and try it first.

If you want to concentrate on online article submission, you can try this one as well. It helps.

Thank You Hwang for posting them. That should be helpful. I will try to write a different article each time. It is a challenge, but I think it is best just in case the same person runs across my articles at least they will have something different to read or at least the same thing but written a different way. Not sure if it helps but that is the way I do it.

I will check out the list.

No problem...

So far I have 5 articles submission that has already been accepted. The traffic increase is something like 10% and ezine is even bringing more traffic compared to Yahoo. I need to wait for the page at the articles site to achieve high PR so that it can help to create high PR backlink.

Of course, offline advertisement (submission your articles to the media) is a great idea. It opens up new and exciting revenue avenues for you. You become a hit in the localilty. You can extend your niche services to locals, you become known in the surrounding areas. So, there is a good prospect in writing to offline markets. It helps your online efforts too.

But the only setback is that offline marketing has extended reach. Even the furtherest it can go is by using newspaper and that only reaches towards your own countrymen. Unlike online, it goes to everywhere around the world.

Hey hwang, when you do article submissions in different sites, do you need to rewrite them, or do you submit them as it is ? I am a bit confused here because a couple of times I've seen writing jobs that ask for rewriting of each article in 6-7 different ways, and I#ve often wondered why they'd want to do that.
