Only some do this, there are a number of upstanding businesses which actually use real marketing. The main issues they face:
1. How do we get our product noticed
2. How can we promote it without breaking the trading standards laws
3. How will the public recieve it.
If they put everyday people in the adverts people are more likely to buy a product, the only ones I dont trust are famous name promoted goods as people only buy it because a famous person uses it.
