Value of one of my site.

How and where can we value a site incase if we intend to sell a site.

Hvent yet ever sold any of my sites but then I do see a lot of people developing sites or forum and then selling them for some hafty bucks. But then how do you descide for what you should sell your site.

Any ideas????

Can any one value my blog in the sig aswell the root site along with it. I mean the site along with the blog

Alot of sites take the following into concideration:

Age
Alexa rank
PR rank
Traffic
Revenue
URL size (the actual number of words and how easy it is to type)

But then one more thing I would like to bring to your notice is that it also has a blog associated with it which gets very very high amount of traffic as compared to the original domain. You can check the blog out at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] so does that quote also consider it to be along with it??

Have you tried going over to marketplace and advertise for it? Sometimes even if you don't have the intention of selling, there's no harm in knowing how high the value of your site can be worth.

Hey I think that is called "appraisal" or something???? lOL dont know it for sure but that term has some similar meaning.

I have seen people doing that with their domains most of the times?? But then site aslo can be considered.

Also, take into account the amount of potential buyers might see in your website.
If there is little room for growth, they are less likely to buy.
