Looking for avtar & rescent visitors or active users plugin for my wordpress!!!

I am looking for a plugin which would display the members avtar or a small pic of the member

Aswell I am want a plugin whivh would show the rescent visitors or active users on my blog with their avtar or pic.
I found a photo plugin or something similar. But I am looking only for a small pic avtar plugin.

Has any one used it over their blogs??? Any suggestions?
