How to integrate RSS for my site???

I intend to intigrate RSS or XML (whatever) to my site so that every time when there is new matter posted on the site the suscribed user would get it into his mail.

How can i do that? I have seen that on many sites wher you enter your email and subscribe for their RSS feeds. Can any one help??

Geee...I thought you have a feed of your own properly setup. Anyway, I hope this could help.

Thanks for the link. Ill go through it.

But actually i dont nead it for my wordpress. I wanted to implement it to a totally different site so that whenever any content is updated the subscribed could get it in their inbox via mail.

But do i need to code a RSS or XML file for my site first or what should i do???
