Tool to time page loading

Just want to check if anybody here knows whether there is tool to count webpage loading time. If you design and created a webpage, can you check using the tool to find out how it would affect the loading time? Know any tool that does the job?

Thanks but when I try to open the site seems that there's no such website that exist. Is the address complete? Do you face the same problem when clicking on the link?

I don't have any problem with the page. It's loading perfectly on my ie and firefox browsers.
Could anybody please confirm?

If you are making your site in something like DreamWeaver it gives you a read out of size and how long it would take to load on different connections.
