Creating Favicon help

I'm looking into creating a Favicon for my site. I have several images on hand which I'm looking to convert to .ico file and I'm looking for a good program to help me on the conversion. I'm looking for those that can help to create moving images. Any recommendations?

I just had the second link fixed because it was pointing to the wrong video, but I guess you already figured that out.

Yeah, enter the Firefox realm. I was thinking of creating something like those based on the theme for one of my site.
