Did you angry when your friends copy your content 100% at their site? So, if its really happen. What do you want to do? Attack him or ignore it?

Oh its can call plagiat. I think we shauld advice him not to copy 100% from our content. We should not ignore what he or she do. We must take take action.

First of all he's not a friend you should consider if he's doing that to you? I wouldn't go up to the extent to "attack" people in negative ways but there are ways to deal with him like confronting in a proper manner - one to one talk or lodging a complaint with the ISP.

Why? You friend doing this kind of thing to you???

As has been said I true friend would not steal your copy or your design and I would make sure that they removed or had to remove their site if they stole my copy.

You cannot let someone copy your content 100% or even 70 to 80%. The search engines will see both of your sites as being similar and the search engines will mark you both with duplicate content and neither site will rank as high as they could have.

Hehe. Yap. My friends do that to me. But its long time ago. When i ask about that. He ask me. Did i angry? I said to him. Of course i angry. Hoho..then, he never did that again. The reason is he just like to copy paste others article at his blog.Not only me, many our friends article also at his blog. Haiyaaa..

Well both of you must be good buddies
The one happened between you and your friend is obviously something personal. Contents can be reuse if they are published to give credits to the author or they have permission for it. Either it can be supplied by feeds which is normal. But blatant direct copy cannot be accepted.

Yap. I don't mind if he give some credit or he said he refer from some site or blog. But he not do anything. Like i said. He copy 100%. Copy and paste without change any single word. The good thing is, he not do that anymore..

Hey i dont think its a think to worry if its your friend who copied the content. May be in that case ill ask him to modify the content well and use it and also leave a link to my site too. Or may be ill modify it myself and give it to him if he's too lazy to do that

If he can do that. I'm not really worried about that. But like i said before. He love to copy and paste 100%. What do you think if your best article got copy from others person and he said he write that article? You angry or not? Even that person is your friend?

The best thing to do is ask for credit at the start of the post, meaing that people will want to visit the original site for more goodies, if they refuse to then you can start to post poor stuff, they copy it and people start to lose interest in the "fake" site (in a sense), once they have stolen your stuff simply change it on your site, nothings ever as good as the original
