British ISPs could face a new tax to help fund unprofitable programmes on ITV and Channel 4. This move will likely lead to higher broadband prices for consumers.

Only if they turn around and offer faster connections, less down time and then also chuck in some more free services like on demand downloads. I dont think they can legally do it in the end, what does a ISP have to do with failing writers and plot holes in every stupid show they produce now a days.
