Non payment

If you do a job for someone and they do not pay you or pay you their last installment is there any legal action you can take? Can you do anything if you did not have them sign a contract?

Nothing we can do. If he don't want to pay, i don't think you will get paid. So, what are you waiting for? Just leave..

For me, i only do that if i can trust him. If not, i will never did that job.

Basically nothing can be done here. Maybe before providing the service try to check his reputation first or better still have him send partial payment first and then another partial payment after service is completed. I'm sure he wouldn't mind doing that if he's really really interested to engage your service.

I was just curious. I have rarely had times when a person has not paid. Generally I know my clients pretty well before I am willing to really do any substancial business with them.

Sometimes its happen and nothing we can do about that. I hate is happen to me even he already paying me once. But he not paying me for 2nd payment. NOthing i can do because he ignore me..

Nothing we can do actually. This is not any legal and everything is very subjective. There's is no contract agreement just word to word exchange and if the person will not pay you, there's nothing else which you can do. That's the weakness in internet dealings.

Yap. Thats what i mean. If its happen, nothing we can do. we also never can sue them and do anything to them. If you want to revenge, i'm asking you to spam his forum or blog or click their adsense every minutes. Hehe. Interested to do that?

Hey try not to mention that in this forum. It's a very unethical way of dealing with things. Do people always do that when they can't find a way out to a problem? When we are talking about legal issues, it's something got to do with proper advice or helpful approach to overcome a problem done correctly. Can you imagine if people were to do the same thing against you? If he's bad enough to cheat you, then leave it be. Don't deal with the person anymore. Doing another bad thing makes you the same with him.
