Facebook has not only caught the attention of Internet users worldwide, but also attracted unwanted attention from spammers and hackers.


This time round, Facebook's popular feature - the Wall, which allows users to post comments and pictures, is targeted.

So far, i'm still fine with facebook. Nothing wrong with my facebook and i'm not get any spamming. So far. facebook become more popular in my country today.

People get phished, and their accounts used to spam other people. Also spammers set up multiple accounts normally using a picture of a young lady (take your pick) from google and upload it and target mainly male members and spam the invite (wants to be your friend) then spams the wall

I guess the usual caution of ceveat emptor appplies when surfing and using the internet. But I do feel strongly that Facebook on its part must also play a role in curbing spamming through more firewalls and termination of accounts etc etc.
