Adult websites
Just want to find out from other member's opinion in case we got entangled in this case.
Let's say we decided to purchase an adult domain and then made the purchases using a credit card. Suddenly due to some restrictions in certain country we find that the transaction were deemed as illegal and therefore lose the domain. Can we claim back the money that we actually paid for? Would like to hear from others. Thanks

Not exactly sure but i dont think you will be getting any claims setteled. It actually depends on the buyer to abide by the rules and regulation of that country before dealing with any thing.
And not necessary the reseller may be of the same country. Might work if the reseller belongs to your country too. But actually if you see rules are not implemented or changed all of a sudden. There is intimation before hand that something like this is gonna happen. So at that time one should be vice and think of the posibilities.

You need to have a disclaimer on everything you buy especially regarding adult content so you will be safe in case there are certain groups that would want to let you down. SO better think of a way to make your adult websites seamless.
