Oh really. That means its very well established bank out in the US. Did not hear much about it or may be I lacked the knowledge of it being one of the leading bank in the US.

Ok. Finally after all this discussion what worries me is that, Do they allow non US citizens to open an account there? And if yes how do they operate the account? If online then not a problem. But how do you withdraw the cash there? Youll again need to use some payment processors or a card if they issue one.
Again any minimum balance to be maintained there?

Yes, they do allow but all the details you have to check out with the agent that opens the account for you. Basically you just keep your money there until the exchange rate is favorable before you wire it back to your local bank. Mostly it's to deposit affiliate checks.

Ok! Will try to find out about them in details too. No doubt thats gonna help us someday or the other.
That would work great for affiliate checks cos across the country barrier the clearance rates seem to be to high.

Maybe right now, the enthusiasm searching for us bank account has waned. Back in those days (sometime early of 2008) before the FED started cutting interest rate, the rate for US dollar was almost 5%. That's means it's a good option to leave your money in USD.

Thanks for this valuable information about the pay pal. As mention above that Non US citizen can also use the pay pal. I am realy worry about this. Now i am easily send my money to my country. Thans angain.
