US bank account for paypal (non-us citizen)

I'm a Non US citizen and therefore I'm looking for a US bank account for my paypal. Anybody knows any bank other than e-trade that non US citizen can apply and then transfer our balance to the account? So far, I've heard banks like Tomato bank and VMI. Anybody has other banks that they can share here?

Dont really know why you are looking for an US account. That can lend you in trouble with paypal. I have seen people doing that and geting limited and then banned as they can not provide any documents requested nor any bank statement asked for.

Rather if you are looking to verify your paypal stick to a CC. Thats the best thing.

For your information, paypal actually allows addition of US bank account for my paypal account because there is an option provided to "Add US bank account" to withdraw money and add fund. You only get yourself in trouble with paypal if you provide false information. Anyway I already have a verified Premier account so I just thought by adding a US bank account, that would make my paypal more secure. I have an adsense check coming soon, so having a US bank account would mean I can directly deposit the money to US bank account without wasting on currency exchange fee.
