Might be they were also into some sort of scams and other activities for which they could have had got limited. Or may be they provided some sort of fake infos or multiple accounts.

What i see is some people keep more then one account. Preferable 2 or 3, out of which one was used for all general transactions and when they get any cash they transfer it to their other accounts.

Such activites can indeed trigger paypals attention towards your account and hence getting limited.

Yap. Many my friends did that before and its fine with me. As long as they not cheat and do fraud think, i think its better than some people who steel others cc account and use it to buy some product.

A lot of people is actually doing that and it's because of fear of getting chargeback. Creating new accounts can also be easy because basically all you need is just an email address and in fact most people actually register using fake info. Well, just don't get caught by paypal. If you do, then risk you accounts getting banned and the money freezed.

Yes thats true. Wht i feel is some of those accounts would get limited and they would be probably using only VCC and then coming back and sobbing saying their acount got limited.

Thats the reason why paypal should remove the CC or VCC thing and rely on documental evidence for verifying accounts.

Hmmm..If they remove the CC or VCC, I think that could be a problem as well. Sometimes submitting documents can be difficult because one country id and documentation will be different from another. However, if we look it the other way round, that would also be better since one person can have only one paypal account.

Ya i exactly ment that. By doing something like that they can reduce the instancs of multiple account registration which can be easily done now days after adding VCC's.

If you actually see they realy depend on documental evidence. I mean incase if your account gets limited then documental evidence proves to be helpful.

What i want to say is why not documents at the starting itself. Then they ould not have to limit accounts too

Hmmm i smell some hing here.... may be paypal can gain some benifits from the limited accounts if the account user never asked for the balance payment

Well you have a point there. In fact they can also prevent scams by working closely with governments from every country since now they have all complete documents. It's more like a bank policy whereby nobody can just walks in, fill out a bunch of false details and then have an account. Good idea mentioned there.
