Revolution Money Exchange - An Answer to Paypal Alternative?

Well somebody recommended this to me today and I immediately create an account with them. Still in the beta version but I think by look of it, it's quite impressive. Free to send and receive money. Check it out and yeah, look on the fees schedule as well. Not sure whether this is too good to be true or are there any hidden charges.

Only problem is, it's usually very hard for people to gain trust with these things.
Alot of people are cautious to put there money in a virtual bank, which is why the majority of us use Paypal, because it's almost certain that our money won't be sucked up in some Online Black Hole.
