Which one the best site for exchange money?

Paypal? I don't know. This site not support paypal exchanges. I believe they will never do that because they know paypal will caught their activity.

Yeah, most probably it's the reason preventing people from having paypal to egold exchanges website. So far, I think all exchanges between those 2 were done through forums without proper formal exchange channel.

Yap. If they do that and paypal cannot trace them, its fine. But if they do that and get caught by paypal. Its bad because they reputation will down..
