Anybody used Xoom here?

I've just found out that you can use xoom to send your paypal money to a bank account and then make a withdrawal. However, when I checked out the internet, there has been some negative reviews by other users about the xoom service. Anybody here has any experience with xoom?

I think thats the best and the most secure way for withdrawing paypal.
I have heard people not getting their cash via paypal withdrawals for about a wek. But xoom gets cleared within 5 days morever mine got cleared in just 3 days.

Just the xoom processing fees are bit of concernt but negligeble if you look at the security of transactions and you do get the funds back to your paypal if incase the transaction gets cancelled or any other problem arises.

yeah I agree with you. The most important thing is getting your fund to arrive safely. I'm going to try out this method because it's not safe leaving your money in paypal.

Never try it and i even i want to give a try, i cannot do that. Xoom not support my country. So, i cannot do that even i want. So, i'm totally out from xoom forever.

Another reason I want to try out Xoom is that I'm planning to send money to my relative over in another country. I tried to compare the sending fee between Xoom and Moneygram and found out that Xoom is still cheaper. However, not sure about the processing time.

Processing from Xoom is also preety good. Maybe sometimes if you do it for the first time it could take more days something about 5 to 7 days but after that its too good.

I have had a good experience with them. My first time itself took just 3 days. And out of my urprise the funds got credited in my account on the second day and then on the third Xoom showed transaction complete.

Any ways if you are sending funds to other country i think you can also allow cash pick ups from their centres. Not quiet sure but read it somewhere or heard about it.

Yup, I'm actually looking through the xoom pickup centers. Well it actually allows the receiver to pick hard cash from there including US dollar as well. That way it's good because you can save on the paypal exchange fees. My relative is living in UK, so once he receive the US dollar he can find a good exchanger paying for higher price.
