Did you pay your domain monthly or yearly?

Did you pay your domain monthly or yearly? Thats the same question i got when some people ask me about domain. Which one you prefer to use? For me, i prefer with yearly especially at some webhosting i trust.

How about you guys?

Are you sure that we can pay monthly for domain too?? All i knew way it was yearly or a maximum of 10years. I always paid yearly for all the domains i bought.

And dont even remember of seeing or coming across any domain seller who sold it for lesser period.

Thats why i asking. I know some webhosting do that. But not many people pay for monthly and its rare to see that. Most site will offer for 1 year right? So far, domain for yearly and hosting for monthly. Thats what i always see. But some site will pay for monthly..

Anyway, i believe if we pay for yearly, its more cheaper. Right?

I pay for domain names each year. You can also opt to buy your domain name for longer periods of time. I'm pretty sure that montly options are not available.

If you see recently. Of course you hard to see for that monthly option and its rare. Yap. We can but for more years and thats what i do that now. Why? We will get cheap price for that.

I get my hosting done for 2 years. The prices were better and I don't have to bother renewing for 2 years. I can lock it in and not worry about it.

Yap. That will save your time. I also think i will do that when i buy new domain and hosting.

If you pay late even for monthly or yearly. I believe it will give effect to your site. LIke your site is down until your paid first.

Geee...I didn't know that you can pay for hosting on a monthly basis. I just mentioned here replying to the thread but nobody notices that. Just want to know which hosting provides paying in monthly service since you guys have been talking so detailed about it. Is there any such hosting in the first place????

You mean domain hosting???? or Hosting i mean shared hosting ect????

There are lots of hosting providers which allow monthly buying of hosting but comparitively it costs more so very less people do that, except some webmasters who host some proxies ect who buy monthly hostings.

But domain hosting what titaniumhijau said above, i havent till now come across any one providing that facility.
