Maling list or ezine?

I guys. I dont know where to put this topic, so I'll just put it here. I have an idea to create an ezine to promote my website, but some people suggest me to make a mailing list. I dont know how to build a good network to get people to sign up in the mailing list. Which one is the best way to promote and how?

Mailing list or ezine???? Your question is sure very strange. I suppose what you are saying is you want to create a magazine subscription, right? Just be honest and let potential subscribers know what you are offering and if it is something attractive, I'm sure they will join your mailing list. I hope that is what you mean

YOu can do both. But my first advice. Did mailing list. Then, you can make newsletter and ezine. Take step by step.
