Google & Yahoo Groups

It's a recent find for me. Some people advertise their websites on related Yahoo or Google groups to get the word out there. Some people may consider them as spam but I think it's quite okay. I may give it a shot when I have the time.

Dont get what you intend to say bu Yahoo and Google group.
Do you mean something like Yahoo answers or may be Orkut ect sittes which are owned by yahoo. If yes, people do use them a lot for backlinks and getting some good traffic and it does seem to help according to me.

Yeah it's just a matter of inserting the links to your reply. But in order to do that, you must be very active and provide answer helping other members including participating in discussions.

thats right.

If you just go and join and start sending your links to every one out there i dont think they would be needing you there for long

Hopefully they should also have had sig link spcaces that yould help very much and also reduce the number of unwanted spam posts.

Yap. I believe some of us already try it and i already have some experience from yahoo group before. Its really help me to earn big money from that group. Many people already earn well from this method..

Yeah, I just don't understand why they don't give signature space like forums do. If they can have that, I'm sure Yahoo Groups will become even popular.

EHm, if we really can do that, i don't think forum will famous like yahoo groups. WHat can i said, people prefer with yahoo groups if we want to compare with google groups right? If you need to choose, which group you will try?

You have to watch at least with Yahoo Groups. The terms of service to join many of thse groups say that you are not able to advertise your website within the grouups.

I think most people prefer with yahoo group than google. Even myself never go to google group this year.
