Not really high. I always buy it 1-5 dollar in some blog. MOre higher Page rank and alexa at some blog or site. The more dollar you need to pay if you want to buy link.

If you really need to do that, just conduct the trade through private PMs or messenger so that there will be no trace. Make sure also the sites don't have any words advertised there saying that "links for sale".

Thx but I have no intention to buy link. It is risky and I don't want to pay for buying that can land you in trouble. I'll go for link exchange

First ask yourself whether it is worth doing that. Essentially you are giving money to people to put link on their site. Second, by doing that, you carry the risk of getting a slap from google. That really depend on you.
