Default Stuffing your site with keywords?????

Can mery stuffing your site with a list of commented keywords help it to rank good.

Was just wondering if that could happen. I have seen people doing that. Yhey just use <-- --> html commenting and put all the keywords in it.

But that sound something like black hat to me. But is it advisable??

Stuffing it with keyword will be considered by google as spamming so it would not do good in Search engines. Better use a certain keyword just once or twice.

i know that there's a maximum number of keywords you can declare in code
<meta NAME="keywords" CONTENT="keyword1, keyword2, keyword3">

the rest, there are SEO secrets on how keywords should appear in your content. Once in the main paragraph, twice in second... and i don't know the rest.

I believe Google actually applies a penalty to that and their spider will just ignore the site. I don't think it could attract any visitors as well since it just make the site full of keywords and become unattractive.

I suggest you should totally erase the concept of Keyword stuffing from your head. Google WILL find it, It is just a matter of time. There are many cases, or I have seen many cases about BIG Websites falling down due to stuffing of keywords. So if you are looking for longterm, then forget about stuffing.
