Actually, those articles I submit through Triond and they place them accordingly. I have not had the time to look into or to develop good article submission. And I really should.
Because as well run as Triond is, it takes a lot of work to make a good money. I make a few bucks the way I do it now.

Yes, Triond takes your submissions and places them on relevant themed sites. They may even own some or all of the sites. Not sure about that.
There is another site called Bukisa that is basically the same. Triond has links set up to Digg, Stumble Upon, Delicious, Google, Facebook, and so on.

Yes, it is based on the pay per click on the ads. But they are giving you a portion of what they receive.
As you probably know better than me, the popularity of a theme will effect the amount of value the ad has. I can have 1000 views of a sports article and a 1000 views of a religious type post and the sports article will triple the value of the religious piece. The problem is also that you need to write your brains out to get a substantial compensation. I get about $5 a month on average for a couple articles a month. The more you write the more people will check out your catalogue. Plus if you pick hot topics like weight loss, making money with Triond, dating, love and so on it helps. I only recommend it if you like to write and you get the whole marketing angle. But in the end you are a partner with Triond.

Well it does help if you use the bookmarking they have. Although in theory if someone reallys likes you articles they will put it out on other sites.
And it does help you to put the word out. But yes soem of the work is done for you. But like I said you are making them money also.
