Default Does change in Host changes anything in PR value?

Hi For example say, I have a blog which is ranked PR 4 and I am thinking of changing and hosting to another place due to various reason. Does PR of my blog will change along with Host? Thanks for your time.

Ya there are chances of that happening. I have noticed lots of people sobbing because of that. Its always sen that after changing of host for some time there is a marked decreased in Adsense earning too. I think this might be dut to the reduced traffic to the site.

But exact change in PR is a bit rare situation.I think if you intend to do that its better you do it now so till the next PR update you can again set up a proper base for your blog.

So far, I haven't have such situations but I do hope that such things do not happen to me at all. For the past few months, I have been switching web hosts 2-3 times. If there's a drop in PR, I think it is usually content related rather than the domain.

It actually happened to one of my buddies that after switching to another web hosting, his pagerank actually decrease 2 knots. Although we never find out the specific reason leading to that, it is best advised not to change web hosting too often.

That's why choosing a good host is very important. If you find one which really suits your needs, there's no reason why you need to switch host then.
