Can anybody suggest good websites tracking software?

Well I somehow lost trust in google analytics. It seems that it doesn't pick up most of the traffic records and based on comparison with other tracking tools like addfreestats[dot]com, the difference is like 12%. Other reliable tracking tools which you can recommend which is better than the two that I've just mentioned?

I don' t think that there is one single such tool. My preference will be using Google Analytics and one Non-google analytics tool as my 2 main tools and supplemented by perhaps one or 2 free quick and dirty tools. This will allow some reality check and balance out the extremities and possible bias.

What kind of non-google analytics tools are you talking about? An example? How does the tool that you are using to track your website stats compare to analytics?
