Backlink Checker
I found this tool when I was browsing around. It's a good backlink checker that will list out all the backlinks that you site currently has and it shows the PR of the site which link to you. Although it's basically works very much the same as Google Webmastera Tools, but this one has the advantage in that it shows you the PR of every link.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Yeah, it can also give us a PR reading of our site and the results show up quite fast. I've been using it regularly ever since I found this.
