I have heard that YSM is pretty good, however, they are limited to certain countries at the moment. Sadly, my country is not included. Anyone running YSM ads instead of Google AdSense?

Yes. Yahoo Search Marketing is good. I can said many people use it to promote their site and their product. If you want to sell that product. I believe many people will buy it even it really takes time.

However, I don't know whether YSM will work for blogs that don't sell products. It is more informative than a sales pitch of a product which is why I don't think it will work that well for my blog.

I think its fine with blog. Nothing wrong with that. Many people use YSM to promote their adsense blog. Thats the short cut trick how to make money from adsense. You also can get good traffic for your site and blog.

It's good if they can give some traffic to our blog, not just a business website. But do you know when they will expand? With such a limited coverage countries, I think they better expand soon.

Yap. I like to give a try for YSM soon. Just need some time to prepare something. I want to launch new product next month and promote using YSM. Hope its worth.
