What gets you more clicks?? Image adds or link adds???

Just wa wondering what you preffer the most either image adds or link adds of google or do you just select the text and image adds and leave rest on google.

I think that as compared to image add i get more clicks for link adds and i now also preffer using text adds a bit more.

Usually I only use link ads. The reason why is because I don't want the image ads to add clutter to the whole web page. Another reason also is because I don't want the visitors to have the perception that the website is purely ad content. So I think having a small text link would thus be sufficient.

Ya thats right what you said. After all the site must be liked by the visitors. And too many adds would definately create some bad impressions on visitors.

One more best thing of link adds or text adds is you can always blend them with your site colours making them resemble as content but for image you cant they appear as tipical adds only

Yeah, try to use the same color as your background to make it blend in and be part of your website. It's interesting to try with so many options around.

If i want to click others people ads, i prefer to click some text ads than image ads. sometimes i think images ads is more expensive than text ads. But its hard to know about that right? Some people said, text ads are more expensive than banner or image ads. so, its up to you how you attarct them to click the ads..

I think the best thing here is that the link ads must also blend in among your contents, something like inserted in between each particular web topic or blog post. That way people would somehow accept the webpage naturally.

Yap. We need to blend our ads with our content. Thats the best trick to make our readers or visitor click the ads. Your place ment also must be good. Like at header and sidebar. Its really can make people click it always..

I'm sure that link ads can be as effective as image ads, but I prefer to use more image ads than link ads. Link ads only need a few space, but it's not very eye catchy, and it's hard for me to mix it with the design in my website.

Well it depends. Both has their pros and cons. Whatever it is, a good and right blend of link ads and image ads should be useful. I mean not too excessive on either one.

YAp. Thats true. But i'm fine to get click between text ads or images ads. As long as i get click everyday its enough to me.

i get more clicks from image adds than link adds. more surfers prefer that.

It is my experience that the image ads get more clicks but only if you blend them with your content on your site. Either on the side of a relevant page or mixed in the actual content. You can be discussing lawn chairs and when you are telling about the "new fabric" that just came out you can put a pic ad right there in that paragraph and say - to see this new fabric and all of our other designs click here - doesn't have to be a text link. Can be a pic link. Either is fine but the pic link is more colorful and more eye catching than just a text link.
