Is the network of click exchanges exist or is it just a pure myth?

I recently had a discussion with some of my buddies and they told me that there actually exists a network of click exchangers somewhere in the Warez World. Well, I never know about that because I'm not involved in Warez in any way but what surprises me is that these kind of network do exists. Do you ever hear bout it before? It's something like you click my ad and in exchange I click yours but this is done underground through organized network to avoid detection.

As explained dude. Just read again. It's something like a network in the Warez underground. So back to the topic and discussion, I'm just wondering whether there's any truth or basis to it. Or it's just a myth.

I think its truth because i know my friends do that at some forum. I don't think its just a myth.

Never mind. Forget bout it anyway. I just wonder how and what Google will do to deal with it. If it's really true, this could spell the end of PPC advertising as more and more clicks will turn out to be fraud and advertisers would be losing money this way.

I don't think its easy for google to know about that. Most of them using Yahoo Mesengger to talk about that. Its secret group who did that and i can said most of them earn well from their adsense by exchange click..

That's why I said that, Google will have their hands full to deal with them. Seriously, if it goes on like this it will come to a point whereby nobody will be able to differentiate between genuine or fraudulent clicks.

Heard some people doing that not actually at warez but around some forums. But its always advisable not to fall prey to such greeds. You may earn some bucks initilly but incase if its detected then lend with your heads off.

No point in doing that when you have a good site. Even if the site is new its fine cos eventually after some days or month it will suerly take off and get you the awaited returns.

Nah... It's just plain annoying with those people. Could there be any way that google can send out bots to forums to act as a spy? Check anything like the "click exchange" keywords and catch people to penalize them.

Lol that would not be a reliable way. It it happens then probably discussing here would also be in the list .
Some thing more precised and proper could be implemented by google and also it oukld be wise enough to verify the listed accounts and people by google staff so that the non culpricts do not suffer
