Getting a second income from paid to click advertising

Is is possibly to establish a relaiable second income from paid to click advertising? I'm not talking about getting rich quick or any of that rubbish that you see on some other websites.

Second income? Dude... It can even be your first income if you do it right Lol. It depends on what niche you are in and how you optimize your site to attract the traffic. Better traffic more chance for conversion.

Confused??? Is it those PTC or the contextual PPC ads like adsense and others??

With PTC--> very diffcult to make it upto that extent
With PPC--> Quite possible depending on the traffic and niche of your site as said above.

Lol both guys orry if I've confused anyone. So far I've found that the best way to make decent money on the internet is to have as many streams of income as possible. But seriously I'd liek to set up my own website and egnerate as much money as possible. so tips would be great guys!
