Not sure how all these work but it seems like you will get paid when someone keys in the phone number and then accepted phone call for the product introduction/promotion.
One good thing is that: the customer is highly laser targeted I doubt anybody would actually leave a number, thus they really pay very high for the lead.

Ye thats the only possibility. There are offers asking to key in phone nos now too. Specially the loan, mortgage and the insurance one's.
Only thing now there will be a lot of those and all at one place. Hmm BTW it can also work vice versa too. I mean someones gives them a call on their Tollfree no or sends an SMS requesting more info. Anyways not too late untill everything becomes clear. The webinar on 6th Aug is gona give a live demo of the system.

They will definitely pay very high just for the lead. As mentioned by you, banking, loan and insurance should be number 1 in the list.
