Ello all, as you know if you have looked at my past posts I wrote some basic how to guides, but now they are all in one place, plus it will be updated more!

Any particular reason you selected th opt for that - in between? Cos people usually dont remember typing those - and when typing.

I actually own the .com it redirects to because the company I went with I got the .info for $0.40 a year, but it failed to say "you cannot redirect" and also "hosting will cost $10 a month" so kinda used the 1 page that was supplied, I think its worked well as its just simple, gives a basic read out of what each does then goes to the file hosted on my unlimited site lol.

I chose this sort of this because Im sick of people basically screwing others over for cash and as you will notice there are no ad's or sign up bits so alas I cannot recieve any money lol. If it gets really busy (within 5 hours it was swamped then it stopped lol) I will buy the hosting or transfer the .info so I can add some ad's or a donation box lol.

Oh is that the case??? But then the .com is giving an error or not pointing anywhere. I thought that it wasant registered. Checked it again just now but still its the same???

Same with me here. Looks like a dead link to me. Have you checked it? FYI, I also encountered the same situation yesterday but well, maybe I thought you haven't get it done yet.

Only found the one dead link on the how.doc, will change that now

Nope I dint mean a dead link at your site but the dead link that you placed above in your post

But then your sig says [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] . First I thought that it was a typo but then you actually said that you owned the .com too and the site is up on .com.

But I am getting an error with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] . Its pointing nowhere. where as the .info works.

.info takes me to a landing page which asks me to skip and then takes me to the site.

oh sorry, what I ment was the .com is actually a completely different url, due to budgeting this month (paid off the last of my debts) I cant afford the upgrade on my current domain so the .com is set to my main site but only files which are needed, there are no other links to my main site so it should stay the same.
