Seems like it's something regarding job search. This is new. How affective would this be since it's a quite a targeted niche concentrating only on middle east region. Does it guarantee payment as well?

I don't know if its gurantee or not. But i can assure some people said its legal. Just its not open for all country. Too bad my country is not in their list.
