Fybersearch????? Any comments???

Today i came accross a new search engine called fybersearch. And to my surprise its owned by an individual and not some of the online companies.

What are your comments about it? Do people preffer using such search engines leaving goole and yahoo?

Can any one start a search engine? How about implementing google into the search querry? Will that lead to a banned adsense account??

I do not quite like the design of the website and I've also tried to make a search queries. However the search results which I've got is somehow not related to what I want. There are still room for improvement for the search engine.

The Design is not that BAD. The indepth performance needed to be tested. Little bit slow in here, I tried to search some keywords and didnt get any results. So lots of works needed to be done for this SE.
