MSN and YIM Merged :)

Yes thats very true. I just saw it with my own eyes!!

There were talks saying that they would probably merge over the intention to obtain 44 per cent of the Instant Messenger market. But the thing what I saw today was unbeleavable.

I think have already merged. In my YIM it says that it supports MSN and allows you to chat across the two.

Did any one else notice this????

I've never used Yahoo! IM, so I wouldn't know.
But I haven't found any features which relate to Yahoo! IM on my MSN Messenger, so I'm not really sure about the two merging. Maybe we'll see it on the news later.

I don't use instant messengers at all - find them too instrusive. Anyone allowing people to communicating over different IM networks is a good development I think.

Geee... I didn't notice the news. Where do you read that one? I still use my YM without noticing anything strange.

OK go to add a friend -----> name /email -------> YIM/ MSN / LCS/ Lotus sametime

There you can choose the interface which the other person is using??
