Yahoo not indexing my site/domain!!!! :(

Dont know why yahoo does not index my domain even after 10 days of my site being up.

See this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Where as if you see google it already has and that to very surprising results

Actually most of the time i have seen people trying and trying to get their site indexed well in google but here the situation is totally opposite

I beieve it can take a while to get indexed on either site. Sometimes if your site is good and can still take a good deal of tim to get your site accepted.

Maybe you can try another method by adding your RSS feed to Yahoo!
You just need to go to My Yahoo! account and look for the add RSS. I'm not sure this could work for you but it helps me to get my site indexed pretty fast.

Ya i intend to do that but till now my RSS is not in place. I have written the XML file and every thing is almost done but it is not being detected as feed.

May be i missed out something. Need to get that in place first.

May be then it would be preety easy.

Really? I recommend you to use mybloglog. Its more easier to make your site get list at yahoo. Try it first..

Its because mybloglog under Yahoo.com now. So, its more easier you use mybloglog than submit your url at yahoo submission.

I think once you get your XML file in place and submit that to the Yahoo Feed, your site should get listed very fast. I think the indexing was done in about a day if I can still remember.

Ya i did get it into place and submit it to Yahoo. But till now dont see much effects of it. Leaving a few genuine results i can see any really good search results. And not much traffic

Maybe can you try to type yoursiteaddress[at].com direct at yahoo search box and see whether there are any results? This could tell a lot whether it has been indexed or not.

Thanks for the help. But the site has already indexed. But not much results from that querry and not much activity from Yahoo search also noted when i check the stats in my Cpanel.

Wanted to increase the activity at Yahoo to get some good amount of incoming traffic.

Yeah, the same thing happened to me. Even traffic coming from article submission sites were even more than Yahoo itself. And of course, as always, Google is top. Glad that your site has been indexed.
