I think it also depends on the popularity in your community and where you come from. If most of your friends are YM then most probably you will follow as well. So far there is no official figure or data collected to show how many people using each messenger.

Ehm, not really sure. I know YM because its not popular in my country 5 years ago. So, i know when its become popular in my country today. So, i don't think its depend on the community..

Ya i agree with you there. Its like you intend to use that programme what most of your friends or people from your group use. If most or all of your friends are on Yahoo i dont think youll be joining Gmail and trying to chat and get touch with them

All this depends on your network of friends using it. If most of your buddies are using IM, then you will most probably use that as well. Anyway, I do know that there are others who are using both YM and MSN as well.

Ya mosty all preffer to use multiple chats but spend mor time on only one.

Even i use about three four chat and some social sites. And when you are into any online business you do need to have most of the commenly used Im installed cos you never know what your client would use

Yap. We need more effort and work if we go into online business. Actually, chatting really useful if we use it in right way. But if you only use it for only chatting. i don't think you use your own potential with good skills.

Yahoo messenger is my favorite. Chatting is very interesting. it's a better services.

I think many people already did that. For me, YM really can help me to give support to my client. Most of them already contact me and help me a lots. Its good and hope i can continue my best service.
