Default Anybody use Messenger to conduct business?

I mean like send out advertising ads, campaigns and promotions. Would it be effective something like sending out bunch of emails? Is there any specific niche which we can target on like in MSN and Yahoo?

I do use messenger for business but I never send out unwanted ads. I simply use messenger as a way that clients can talk to me one on one if they are interested in my services. it is a good way to reach clients or potential clients in real time.

MSN is a very useful way to communicate with anyone. A lot of times I have found MSN a great way to talk to potential clients as it is a faster and more private place to chat. Like Kris, I never send out advertisements via MSN, it would not be the best thing to do.

It's a good way to talk one to one although a more professional way is to have a webcam chat. However, in time to time, I do use messenger to look for contacts for some outsourcing jobs. Works well to me.

Ehm, maybe. But i'm not prefer with MSN because not many customer in my country use MSN. Most of them only use YM even for chatting or running business.
