How to determine value of our website/blog

Anybody has any idea a good site around that can determine the value of your website? I see certain people mentioning some of their PR5 website worth more than $1000. How do they come out with this figure? Any web-based site that can provide information for this value determination?

those are merely personal choice because you own them so the price and value of your site will be predetermined by you. Pr is not a nice way to get an accurate value of you website.

Cool! I've just used it and to my surprise, my website is only worth $1. Hahahaha...I guess I better improve further on my website and there's really really a lot of works need to be done. Thanks for sharing

Ha ha !!!!

I think you need to put some great efforts on SEO. I bought a .info two months back for $1.99 and now if i check its rate out there it show me $17 preety impressed with my work there.

By the way did you hear any .infos geting sold at some good prices.
