Google is now penalizing embedded links in themes
Guys, just thought you all should know. Nowadays google is going after url links embedded at the footer which places the sponsor and designer link there. So if you are actually grabbing all those free themes out there, make sure it is removed or else risking your site getting penalized. Or that's what I've heard. Better be safe than sorry.

So good will screw you over if you remove the only thing which is legally allowing you to use the template. Google is basically making you break the law in a sense. Nicely done google!
