Google fails?

I have been recieving more and more e-mails from people (via my website) saying that even new sites are being slapped around in the hope that they will give up.

Does anyone know the reason why after googlebot has crawled a new site (one person had it crawl about 40 times in one week) and yet google say that:

1. The website is banned for previous reasons which occured 5 months ago (when the site and domain were only 2 weeks old)
2. The site couldnt be crawled (yet it had)

and so many more reasons which just wernt true, the only thing I can think of (and yes Im starting to go weird now) is that it simply said in one of these guys sites "I really dont like google or yahoo" as a joke and he cant get indexed or submitted (same thing in a sense)
